Music Opportunities

Ridgefield music mentors

Offered by Ridgefield Music Parents, Ridgefield Music Mentors is a student-led program that works to develop meaningful connections through music. High school music students serve as mentors and role models to elementary school students, providing guidance and general music instruction during regular virtual meetings. The program promotes community engagement for high-school musicians, inspiring and motivating younger musicians to excel at their instruments. Ridgefield Music Mentors will continue to have an overwhelmingly positive impact in the RPS community.

private lessons

Before you enlist the help of a private tutor, consult your child's music director for advice on how to find the best fit.

There are a number of options through music schools as well as 1:1 tutors, and may vary based on the instrument your child is studying.
