At Ridgefield Music Parents, we believe that community is one of the biggest aspects of music-making. We strive to build community among the students and parents as one of our biggest endeavors because strong relationships make for a great team with great results. We have also strived to build community between the Ridgefield music program and the greater community. We are, after all, a town of the arts!

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring our 8th annual FunkRaiser Music Festival!  FunkRaiser is a concert featuring Ridgefield student musicians put on at The Ridgefield Playhouse to benefit the Ridgefield Public Schools (RPS) music programs!  100% of the proceeds from the festival will benefit special programs sponsored by the RHS Instrumental Department and Ridgefield Music Matters*, a registered non-profit 501(c)3. 

Past FunkRaiser proceeds have been used to send our award-winning ensembles to compete at prestigious music festivals and competitions, to supplement RPS music programs, to purchase equipment that cannot reasonably be provided by the school budget, to supply instruments to students in need, and to conduct student workshops with professional musicians.  

Your tax-deductible sponsorship will not only help us cover event costs, such as facility rental, advertising, and entertainment, but helps to support the arts in our local community.  Our goal this year is to raise $10,000. Premier Event Sponsor

$2500+ 

• Complimentary 1-hour performance by Ridgefield High School student jazz or string quartet at an event of your choosing (within a 25-mile radius of Ridgefield, CT, date to be mutually agreed upon between 5/1/20-4/30/21, performers to be selected by RHS music teachers).

• 10 complimentary tickets to the FunkRaiser event

• Sponsor name prominently featured in Ridgefield Music Parents monthly digital newsletter (emailed to 225+ local families) during two months leading up to the event and the two months following 

• Inclusion in RMP social media sponsorship acknowledgments posted on RMP & local media sites

• Primary recognition in press releases related to the event

• Full-slide dedicated to Sponsor in digital signage shown at the event

• Sponsor recognized by event MC during the performance

• Sponsor’s business brochure/flyer included (if supplied by sponsor) on Sponsors table at the event

• Full-page ad recognizing Sponsor in the back of the program for all 3 RHS spring concerts ( 400-600 attendees at each) - sponsorship commitment deadline for inclusion in programs is 03/31/2020.

VIP

$1000 - $2499:

• 8 complimentary tickets to the FunkRaiser concert
